Configuring the Basic Settings:
Setting | Description |
Server Logging | Enable pas logging. When checked, PrintAnywhere will create log files in the directory configured. PrintAnywhere will create separate log files. |
Keep Log File For | Specifies how long a log file should remain on the server. After the number of days specified, the software will automatically delete log files older than the configured value. |
Log Level | Specifies the log level that you are interested in your logging framework you effectively limit all less important log levels to be ignored |
Output Directory | Specifies the directory to store PrintAnywhere logs. |
Use Web Service Manager | This is for license Manager. The default is checked. If unchecked web service manager (License Manager), failed to send and receive jobs. The reason is that PrintAnywhere will used default URL, https://:@secure1.printeron.net/Author

Web Service URI | Specifies License Manager URL, the default is 127.0.0.1/cps/rest. |
Allow Central Print Services to Manage Authentication | This option allows your Central Print Services server to manage authentication for users. When your service supports an authentication scheme such as LDAP or Active Directory, you may enable this option to allow CPS to authenticate users prior to submitting jobs to PrintAnywhere. Disabling this option requires that you enable web-based authentication and mobile users will be prompted to authenticate using for every request. |
