Configuring the Job Settings Tab

Configuring Incoming Job Settings:
Setting | Description |
Maximum File Size | Indicates the maximum size of a document that will be accepted by the server. Users will be notified that their document is too large when submitting a document larger than the configured value. |
Minimum File Size | Indicates the minimum size of a document that will be accepted by the server. Users will be notified that their document is too small when submitting a document smaller than the configured value.

Configuring Job Retention Settings:
Setting | Description |
Pending Processing Job Retention
| Indicates how long the server will hold a job for processing before notifying the user that it will not be processed. The user will be notified that the Server cannot dispatch the job to be printed within the allotted time. |
Default Job Expiry Time | Indicates how long the server will wait for the user to confirm their job should be released before cancelling the job. |
Configuring Job Retry Policy Parameters:
Setting | Description |
Retry Period | Indicates how long PrintAnywhere will maintain a job that cannot be delivered to its destination. After the time configured, PrintAnywhere will report a failure to send to job to server.

Retry Interval | Indicates how long PrintAnywhere will wait before retrying a print job that previously failed to be delivered. |
Retry Numbers | Indicates how many times PrintAnywhere will attempt to connect and deliver the print job turning each attempt. |
Configuring Server Data Storage:
Setting | Description |
Data Storage Path | Indicates the directory to use to store temporary files. Press the browse (“…”) button next to field to configure the storage location. The PrintAnywhere Server will create several sub directories at this location |
