Overview of the Printers list
When you display the Printer’s tab in the Configuration Manager, the printers list appears, displaying a list of printer definitions. The printer list contains the following columns:
Column | Description |

Enabled | Indicates whether the printer appears in the user’s list of available printers. Click the icon to enable or disable the selected printer. |
Printer Name | The name used to identify the printer in the PrinterOn Directory. This is the name users see when they choose a printer. |
Output Destination | The address of the physical printer or print queue. For information on setting the output destination for a printer, see Output Destination address formats. |
Approval | Indicates whether the approval screen is displayed, allowing the user the option to cancel the print job before it is submitted to the printer. Click the icon to enable or disable the approval screen for the selected printer. |
PQMS | Indicates whether the printer is enabled for the PrinterOn Queue Management System. This column is read-only. |
GCP | Indicates whether the printer supports Google Cloud Printing. This column is read only |
Discovery | Indicates whether the printer is discoverable by users. Click the icon to enable or disable discovery. |
