Configuring printer synchronization settings
The Printer Synchronization Settings panel of the General tab lets you specify how services and printers are synchronized.
Note: To view the Printer Synchronization Settings panel, you need to turn on Advanced view.

Synchronize By Default
When enabled, the component is updated when synchronizing printers with the PrinterOn Directory. Disable this setting only if you want to manually control synchronization with the PrinterOn Directory.
Automatic Printer Synchronization
When enabled, the component is automatically synchronized with the central printer list.
Synchronization Interval
The interval, in minutes, that the components are synchronized with the central printer list.
